Construction and Interior Design

Iveta & Vilnis Design, the interior and construction department of Developer's Trust Company PLC, works with owners of all types of properties to realize their building and design needs. We have experience constructing and designing apartments, offices, private homes, factories and larger resort complexes. Thanks to good management, we can work on several properties simultaneously.

Construction

We do all kinds of construction works and project development including obtaining necessary construction permits. For very specific and special jobs, we trust our approved partners.

Primary areas of construction work:

- Construction of private houses, log cabins, outdoor saunas;
- Repair and renovation of interior premises;
- Renewal of house exteriors;
- Cosmetic repairs;
- Capital repairs;
- Other.

Manufacturing

We produce new furniture and renovate older pieces. Our products are include armoires, tables, cabinets, cupboards, chairs etc. We work with both new modern materials and recovered 100 year old wooden boards. Clients may purchase ready-made pieces. We also work in cooperation with our clients to fill custom design orders. We deliver and install the furniture throughout Latvia and organize export to other world countries.

Interior Design

We work at the client's property, providing consultations in interior design, working with our own products or purchasing the necessary elements and accessories from our partners. We have built and fully designed our own apartments, constructed country houses in the country resort "Rezidence Kurzeme", and have worked on many other projects including the interior renovation and design of several Riga restaurants.
